So the first time I update in forever, I'm in another country. Woo.

I'm in Japan for the next ten or so days and then right when I get back I'm off to Baltimore for Otakon. WOOHOO ROAD TRIP. Jetlag will make that trip fun....

But anyway.

Mostly I'm excited about shopping... 8D

No, Lis, not for men, even though the ones I've seen so far are pretty attractive irl. But I don't think they'll pass through customs on the way back.

I've bought a few books so far but we're just all so tired we can't bring ourselves to do anything.

Tomorrow we get up at 3AM to go to the Tsukiji (I think that's how you spell it.) fish market where so much of the fish they eat comes through...there's millions of yen that passes through there every day.

It's awkward walking down the streets like this since we're so out of place, even though we're in Tokyo where there should be more tourists/gaijin, but....still. =/

And AHH THE HUMIDITY IT BURNS USSSS

How do Japanese people not sweat? I was wearing less clothes than many of the people I passed and I was sweating up a storm and they're all la-ti-da walking by me like nothing's wrong. DO. NOT. WANT. And in HEELS. How do Japanese women wear six-inch heels walking all around Tokyo like they're not wearing any shoes at all?! DO. NOT. UNDERSTAND.
